New home construction is probably the most satisfying experience a home owner and our company could possibly experience. You could maximize what you could do with your lot, along with limitless imagination of “what could be”. New construction is not constrained by existing structure, room layout, plumbing configuration, etc. Many times when we are doing major home renovations, the thought always becomes audible that “maybe we should have just tore this thing down”.
